Ladies, join us for a fun and festive tamale-making party! Please bring the following:

• 5–6 lbs of cooked, seasoned meat (for the tamale filling)

• A large package of dried corn husks

• Masa (if you're using store-bought masa, bring broth to help thin it out)

• Gallon-size ziplock bags (for storing your tamales in the fridge or freezer)

We’ll have a great time cooking, chatting, and stocking up on delicious tamales for the holidays together! No need to know how to make tamales.  We have ladies that will be helping us all learn.  No skills required.  Please ask Michelle, Paula or Sara Keyte if you want to know how to prep the meat or what to buy.
